We fill spots in real time as spots become available. This means that your requested transfer would happen quickly, so make sure you are ready to move to a different class within the next few weeks.
If a spot is available, we will reserve this spot for you for one week while we try to get in touch with you via phone or email. If we don't hear back from you during this time frame, the reservation will expire and you would need to submit a new transfer request.
If there's NOT availability, we will still contact you via phone or email. You can choose to remain in your current class or you can elect to be added to the Waitlist for a specific class. Since you are a current student, adding yourself to the Waitlist puts you at the top of the list for when a spot does become available.
You will continue to attend your current class until your transfer has been confirmed with one of our team members.
